Following the unprecedented success we achieved with Football Federation Samoa, we founded International Football Consultancy in 2022. Since then, our work has been supported by football confederations around the world and promoted by global media outlets.

We are extremely passionate about what we do, and our ultimate ambition is to be able to impact the development of the game on a global level in a sustainable manner. Our motivation is that by offering exciting football pathways, we can help support the development of players who will inspire future generations, which will in turn increase participation in their communities.

We offer a complete 360-degree scouting and recruitment consultancy service, have achieved record-breaking results with every organisation we have supported, and tailor our level of support to the needs of each member association. Our specialisation lies in developing scouting infrastructure to support the continuous identification of eligible players, which is done in a manner that enhances the reputation of the association and aligns with the long-term strategic vision. We are also subject matter experts on player eligibility criteria and regulation, and with offices in the UK and New Zealand, we are able to offer 24 hour support to our clients.

We regularly collaborate and share knowledge with clubs, industry professionals, and well-established football associations to ensure we can continuously provide the latest and best-in-class solutions.

We are both extremely passionate about football and are also loyal supporters of our clubs, Portsmouth and Reading! Having both been involved in the game all our lives, we collectively have elite coaching, performance analysis and scouting experience at club and international level. In addition, we also have marketing and corporate partnerships expertise, having worked with some of the world’s biggest brands.
