Cook Islands Football Association

Starting in 2023, our remit was to increase the talent pool of the Cook Islands Football Association (CIFA), scouring the globe to identify eligible players who could compliment the existing homegrown talent. Working with Academy Director, Jess Ibrom, and the existing ambitious staff at CIFA, we developed a 4 year strategy to support this objective. 

Within the first few months, we found over 40 eligible players based in Australia, New Zealand and Germany and expanded our search worldwide. We saw six scouted players make her debut for the senior mens and women's teams.
