In 2025, International Football Consultancy partnered discreetly with the Football Association of Ireland (FAI) on a targeted heritage scouting project.

Operating under the radar to maintain focus and efficiency, we identified over 100 eligible players from the global Irish diaspora. This work uncovered high-potential talent across various leagues, providing the FAI with a valuable pipeline of players meeting FIFA eligibility criteria.
